How do I get a hotseat?
Save your seat first. The next page has a short hotseat application. Hotseats go first come, first served, and a spot is not guaranteed.
What if I am not the tech person?
Good news: you do not have to be. The agents are the tech part. And if your expertise sits somewhere that never required tech, that is an advantage rather than a gap: you have judgment about your clients and your market, and judgment is the piece no agent supplies.
Is this a pitch?
